JEAN FINDER

After we finished the project I developed another feature that helps customers find the products they want quicker and easier. The feature is a jean finder that through a series of questions finds the best matches for the user. This is specially useful on the mobile website where customers get to results pages of dozens and even hundreds of results. Through usability testing on the existing mobile website I found that customers trying to find a pair of jeans would only tab to view jeans within the first 5 results without even considering to keep scrolling down to view all the other jeans. Moreover, adding filters on the mobile version is a tedious process and people tend to use them less than on the desktop version. For this reasons, the jean finder helps customers to get to what they want to see and purchase faster and easier.
